Connecting to netcam with explorer\app

hello
I have a computer IP- 10.0.0.100 with the server install on it
I can’t reach the webpage within the network
even when I try to get to port 8100\8124 I get no replay
I have disabled all firewall\antivirus - still get nothing
is there something I need to setup in the server in order to enable it ?

I can see the server is on 127.0.0.0.1 - maybe I need to change this ?

also when I try to enter the webpage within the server computer I get no replay … so what am I doing wrong?

Did you follow all of them ? Is there a particular step that doesn’t provide the expected result ?
