We have a Dahua IP PTZ auto tracker camera. I can get the stream to show up without issue and record, notify, etc. However, I have not been able to find a camera template that works for controlling the PTZ. Does anyone have one working? If so, what template are you using, and how is it setup? If not, can we possibly get this added asap? Thanks.
For camera model which is not on our current supported list yet , please arrange an internet access (admin privilege referred) with required ports (HTTP Port; 554-Both) opened and forwarded; therefore, I can check its compatibility and probably prepare template for it if possible.
