Email notification errors

I am trying to use the email notification feature for netcam studio x but i keep getting this error.

I’m using gmail to send and ive entered the correct information but i keep getting this error on the error log.

Error sending Email using [smtp.gmail.com] to Address xxxxxx@gmail.com
Exception Detail:535-5.7.8 Username and Password not accepted. Learn more at

Yes i did before posting this.

I’ve already found the solution.

You have to enable your gmail to aloow “less secure apps” to make this work.
