will this be added in a future release ?

thnak you for your awnser. I already checked the manual but it doesn’t correspond to what I want.
The manual explains how to set a detection zone, but what I need is to define zones which mask parts of the video.
for example, in the following image, I should be able to hide the neighbours’house :
Most cameras allow to do that and I could manage it directly for each camera but I think it should be much easier to set these zones directly in Netcam Studio.

You want the black zone to be also black in the recorded videos ?
Here it only defines the area to be ignored by the motion detection but the video will always show the full view.
You need to use overlay editor if you want to hide (on the output movie) a specific zone.
