Missing parts of recording

Hi,

I’ve got a problem with my NCS recordings, in the webinterface I see recordings from 10 to 20 seconds, but when I look at the recording it is only 2 or less seconds. Any idea?

Is the 10-20 sec. recording in the web client correct?
If you play the recording in the windows client is it 10-20 sec also?
What do you mean by look at the recording?

Yes I think it is correct but

even in VLC player on the desktop the recording is no more then 2 seconds.

I think I have seen this before if I remember correct :slightly_smiling_face:
You need to update VLC to a newer version, 2.2.x or 3.0.2. If you find 2.2.x is best since the latest one have some other issues.
You can also test Win media player.

Same problem on Win media player or the app on the iPhone. Dont think it is a play problem, the recorded file isn’t as long as NCS says it is…

Well, easy to find out. There is a clock in the bottom right corner of the video.

This recorded video is only 2 seconds, NCS says 11.2 seconds in the screenshot below…

Unlicensed version. However, I was asking for the clock in the bottom right corner. Is that running for 11 seconds?
This seems to be a local problem if this is correct.
