yes it pinged to the router from public ip or i thinks so, i have tried everything need to go to bed, tomorrow is a new day 
If you are in Europe, I am -5h here in Brazil so you can do a lot of testing before I wake up 
if you have some idea to get this work i will defitinely buy license!

Ok, problem solved or at least the reason for why it not works is discovered. Reason is the the router is connected to a 4G network. The IP from the ISP is a LAN IP and that cannot be accessed by port. To make this work it is necessary to have a public IP which can be static or dynamic. If dynamic IP use a DDNS service and use that name in the mobile app and it will work.
