Error. Server won't start on win 10

I am seeing this error in the log:

Error initializing MoonwareServerWeb
Exception Detail:Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted

what is causing it? I can’t use the product this way.

You probably already have an application running on one of those ports:

  • 8100
  • 9124

It’s possible to change it in netcam studio but quite painful since you’ll have to change in the different clients as well.
