Retaining camera settings

Hi… I recently upgraded to the 4 sources version. When I stop and restart the program only cameras 1 & 2 retain their settings. Cameras 3 & 4 have to be resourced. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
Yes, another user had actually the same problem with licensing 4 sources. We look into this. For that user it helped to re-install NCS. If that not helps uninstall NCS first and then remove all config files in ProgramData-Moonware and in ProgramFiles-NetcamStudio. Install again.
