I’ve seen other requests for presets here but what I was wondering is if presets could be added to the software for PTZ cameras even if they don’t support it. Presumably even if the camera’s API only has left/right commands one could use a timer to get reasonably close. Or if left/right has a preset step size then counting left/rights would also work. My camera’s presets are pretty peppy (DSC-5222lb1) but with Netcam studio panning is so slow likely due to lag in the system.
