I started using the free beta version of Netcam studio in January and was happy with it until it would no longer work around the first of May. I then downloaded and installed the Webcam 7 Pro for $100 and have had problems since the beginning. It would randomly shut itself down after 4-5 days without explanation. I have sent two different emails to moonware and have recieved no responses. It is now shutting itself down almost daily. I am running it on windows 8.1 and have four IP cameras running.
Can I uninstall and reinstall and use the license key I got with the initial download or did I just throw away $100.
