If I use @no compression@ option or if I use “record in mjpeg” then the video is recorded correctly
But if I try to use any compression filter and try to record any video (motion detection or pressing “Record” button) I just get the usual “Record has started” hint on the tray icon and camera just flashes once, then the camera disappears from WebCam (even LED indicator on camera shuts down)
I’ve tried all the codecs in the programm. Also, I’ve tried to download Xvid codec but it didn’t help
Is there any way to solve this problem?
Hi! What camera do you use and what template and the settings? I am not quite sure what you try to accomplish with -any compression filter- or other codecs, … What do the camera use for compression format?. Please, be a little bit more specific.
