I am using Foscam R2. You can define two ports one for http and one for https. I have tried using both and have not been able to get it to connect. Changed to onvif and got in.
Good that ONVIF worked for Foscam R2 since you also get PTZ.
It uses rtsp on port 88, but adding that manually will only result in video/audio.
