Netcam Studio 1.5.6 Playback error

We cannot play back recorded footage. if we open the recoreded file outside of netcam. we can play ok.

Any Ideas would be great

Hi Phil,
NCS use VLC internally for playback. Did it work in earlier version or is it a new installation?

Hi,

The problem seems to be when file recordings are over 5 minutes long, the session times out. You have to browse to the library folder manually.

Is there anyway to extend the session timeout period?
