I’ve checked the crash report and have the exact line of code where it happens.
Apparently it’s trying to draw something but it didn’t get an image from the motion detector. It’s really surprising that nobody else encounter / reported that before. This code is here since many versions (probably since netcam studio has motion detection).
Anyway, i’ve changed in the code to handle that properly in future versions but no updates will happen at least until mid-september…

how will i know when an update is ready?
any idea if this is going to be fixed… as im using a system that does not work… if my premises gets broken into then likely the system would be frozen and the whole point of the cameras is useless…
There will probably be a release in October however this issue is not considered as urgent (because it doesn’t seem to impact any other user) and doesn’t justify to push a new release until we have other important changes.
OK, so how do i go about getting a refund
you contact support by email, provide your license/orders details and explain the situation.
