I have a FI9821W and it is listed as a supported camera on your site. I have read the manual and the FAQ but I cannot for my life get the pan and tilt buttons to show up on the camera view. I have PTZ enabled in settings. What am I doing wrong?

There are 2 locations where you can enable to show PTZ. The first one is where you add the camera. The second location is Client settings where you have a checkbox for Show PTZ in multi-view.
