Removing a camera

Hi

I tried adding a camera (sharx) to my group of cameras and the exact model is not listed as one of the supported cameras.

The addition doesn’t seem to work, but my problem is when I try to remove the camera the whole program becomes unresponsive and crashes and the camera is still there next time I restart it.

Is there a config file or some other way I can delete this camera?

Hi,

Yes configuration files are located in:

C:\ProgramData\webcam 7
or
C:\ProgramData\webcamXP 5

If you delete the file webcam 7.xml then it should be again clean like on fresh install.

What type of cameras are you trying to add ?
