Sunba 1080P HD PTZ

Hi,

I have a Sunba 1080P HD and I have it setup to stream with a link but I do not have PTZ. Is there a way to set it up?

Thanks!

Hi there and welcome to the forum,
I assume it is this camera
http://www.sunba.net/sunba-1080p-hd-poe-20x-optical-zoom-4-794-0mm-laser-ir-cut-night-vision-audio-2-0-megapixels-outdoor-waterpoorf-120s-high-speed-ip-network-security-ptz-dome-camera-with-onvif601-d20x.html

From the specs I see that it supports ONVIF so I assume that you connected the camera using that in NCS and got video and audio. Unfortunately, the onvif connection only supports video and audio. To also get PTZ it gets more tricky since we need to make a template that includes the PTZ commands and the protocol for audio/video. Manufacturers usually keep the commands for PTZ as a secret so it is difficult to find them. Either if you test with an existing template where the PTZ works and we can reuse that code or if you get us full access to the camera so we can analyze the data stream to figure out the PTZ commands.
Thanks,
Henrik
