Work around for Foscam FI9900 just like FI9803

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a work around for Foscam FI9900 just like
there was a work around for FI9803. Please let me know. Thanks.

Hi Joseph,
Working with Foscam is always a little bit tricky. I don´t think they support ONVIF so when adding this camera to NCS use the tab Custom URL.

  • set stream type to rtsp_tcp
  • test the URL rtsp://username:password@ipnumber:port/videoMain

port can be 88 or 554. Look in the configuration of the camera. Foscam use port 88 for rtsp quite often, but I have also seen port 554 which is standard.
