I’m at a point where I am going to be upgrading my cameras. are there any 360 degree cameras that have been supported by NC Studio?

If you mean type fish-eye correction we have not implemented that since it would be quite cpu intensive in real-time. A possibility is in post production, but that is not on the menu as of today.
If you mean any camera just make sure it support the ONVIF standard and you should be able to add it using the tab for ONVIF Source.
