You can add the Foscam FI9800P camera driver.

Hi,
-add the camera using the tab for ONVIF source,
Or
-add the camera with the tab for Custom URL.
Set stream type to rtsp_tcp
Use the Address
rtsp://username:password@cameraIP:554/videoMain
sometimes Foscam use port 88 so
rtsp://username:password@cameraIP:88/videoMain
