When adding the camera to Necam Studio use the tab for Custom URL.
Set Stream Type to rtsp_tcp or rtsp_udp.
Address:
rtsp://username:password@cam_ip/h264.sdp
This will probably give you max resolution and fps. To finetune login to the cameras web interface and change parameters if necessary. Then add the camera agin if not changed automatically in NCS.
