I have one ESCAM QD900 that disconnects from netcam studio x after a few minutes, to reconnect I have to restart it but after a few minutes it disconnects again
can someone help me?
If it’s connected on wifi that signal can be to low. Connect by cable and test. Try to change protocol between rtsp and mjpeg. If using h264 set it to base line in the camera. In the tab for Custom URL switch between rtsp_tcp and rtsp_udp.
