I just had an issue where when I changed the order of the cameras on the server, the web client streams just stopped. After I restarted the NCS Service the web client streams work as per normal.

When you change the order you also change basic parameters of the system like the naming process of the files, Library, the streams should be displayed correct etc. You do a new setup. I would say it is good that it stops to reinitialize itself when you start it again with correct parameters.
