Choice of CPU? I5-6500 or I7-6700T

Which CPU to choose between I5-6500 or I7-6700T?
I5-6500 main features
-4 cores,4 threads
-CPU base speed 3.2GHZ & boost 3.6GHZ
-no hyperthreading
-integrated Intel graphics

I7-6700T
-4 cores, 8 threads
-CPU base speed 2.8GHZ & boost 3.6GHZ
-does hyperthreading
-integrated Intel graphics

Also if I use these CPUs what should I set the decoding to? CPU or DX3…I am using Netcam as service. What setting for encoding? CPU or INTEL? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

My choice is i7-6700T with a higher Passmark. Type of calculations in NCS like more Threads. Running as a service for Decoding use DX3D that will use the GPU. For Encoding use Intel which will use the GPU. For decoding test also with CPU. Sometimes that is more efficient (lower total CPU load in Task manager) depending on number of cameras, resolution etc.
