The 360eye should support the ONVIF standard, but it´s not always the case. If it doesn’t work with adding the camera with the tab for ONVIF Source do the following:
First make sure that password is set.
When adding the camera use the tab for Custom URL. Set stream type to rtsp_tcp or rtsp_,udp. For Address use
rtsp://username:password@camera-IP:554/live/ch00_0
or
rtsp://username:password@camera-IP:554/live/ch00_1
