I installed the webcam 7 - it didn’t create the shortcut for creating the webcam service.
What is the commnad line for creating the webcam service?

I think you should reinstall, clean up, and install again. If that went wrong you never know what else happened. So safest to do it from the beginning.
By the way, have you tested Netcam Studio that was recommended?
