Hello, I’m using Netcam Studio X 1.7.2.0 on Windows 10. I’m trying to set up email for notifications but it will not work. I wonder if is because My server requires authentication but I can’t find any way in the email configuration window to allow me to do this. Suggestions would be welcome.

Hi there,
These must be configured:
-Email notification must be enabled and SMTP must be configured. Send a test message so you see that it works.
-In the Rule manager the rule for Send email at … must be enabled and configured.
Otherwise a little bit more specification of “will not work” would help
