I am running Netcam Studio on Window Server 2019. Everything works well, except for FTP sync. When I set it up, it works like it should, but after a reboot, FTP is disabled and all settings are gone, like the application doesnt save my settings.
How can I solve this?

Hi,
First I assume net framework 3.5 is enabled. When configured do a manual Save, icon in Settings. Check also in Event viewer for errors. If still not saved there is most likely a problem with security where NCS do not have access to the configuration file. This can happen in the installation process. Do a reinstallation from an account with admin rights.
