FTP do not synch complete Library content

Library contains 12 days of recordings. Retention is 30 days / 800 GB. FTP Synch only the last 4 days. What is the problem?

I have moved to from server 2003 to server 2008 R2. To many problems with server2003. Works much better with server 2008. Recommend you to not have server 2003 on the list.
