The cams used to stream and now I cannot get them to show up. There are blank boxes. I have tried everything and even my IT guy has been here twice. Anyone have any help for this? I emailed support and heard nothing back.

New modem need new configuration of port forwarding of default port 8100 to NCS server computer.
I believe my tech guy already did that.
