How to choose monitor when suing full screen>

I can’t figure out if this is a GPU driver issue, or Netcam issue. When ever I try to use Full screen mode, I can only get it to full screen on Monitor 1. I use Netcam studio on monitor 3. I have tested this on 3 machines, and It always full screens on Monitor 1. How do I get it to full screen on a different monitor? I’m sure I’m missing something obvious here.

I cannot test this myself, but for some moths ago a user ran NCS on a win 11 computer with 54 cams connected divided on 6 monitors. Each monitor had a 3x3 matrix in full screen. I don’t inow the details.
