This tutorial had to be in two parts because I had to reboot the computer to make it work.
Here I show you how I fixed my problem with one of my webcams going blank/black after updating the drivers for all my webcams and after installing my USB3 PCIexpress controller card.
First I thought it only was a problem with the new usb3 controller, it was not.
Then I tried to download a older driver and just replace it on one of the identical webcams and then rebooted, but this did not work.
Then I changed the name of the same driver, installed it again and rebooted again and YESS it worked.
If someone can tell me why. please do
