I have lost the license key! Where can I find it?
Don´t panic 
-If you have the receipt from the purchase you can find the license number there.
-If you have Netcam Studio installed on a computer go to
C:\ProgramData\Moonware\Netcam Studio\Server
ProgramData is a hidden folder so you might need to make it visible from the control panel.
Open the file Lic.dat in a text editor. There you can find the license number.
-If the hard-drive is crashed and no documentation left send us as much information as possible about the license like name and email under which Netcam Studio was licensed, a company name, … Send information to Netcam Studio Support at support@netcamstudio.com and we will do our best to help you.
