my Sunluxy WIFI camera will not go online!Says name or password wrong/using admin and no password all other data correct! netcam software! can you help.camera reacts normal everything else??tried reset and reconnecting many time still will not come online???
admin and no password work for other 2 cameras? Allso on bottom of camera

Hi,
How do you connect the camera to ncs? Using template, onvif or custom url? You can also try to connect using VLC. When that works it shouöd also work in ncs. Also, set a password on the camera might help.
