Issue with version 1.9

I have installed the new version onto a new server (old server was windows 7, new one is windows 10). The new one will not record anything at all, all settings are the same, scheduler set for 24/7 motion detection. Only thing I haven’t done yet is transfer my license to new server (I will email you to allow re-activation when I have the recording fixed). Any suggestions at all? Thank you.

Did you install version 1.9.0 with its instillation program or did you copy over from the old server? Important to install correct.
On the download page you can read about prerequisites from this version.
Something is blocking Netcam Studio to work correct. Did you install from a user account with administration privileges?

Brand new install on brand new server with fresh windows 10 install and all updates applied. Account is an admin account… All prerequisites are done… Thank you.

Well I’ve fixed it! I have the library pointing to an external hard drive. I’ve just formatted that hard drive and recording started :slight_smile:
