When the software starts or is quit, do you have similar errors in the event logs as reported here:

Problem with Scheduler (recording full day)

You use only scheduler to record for a given period right ? No motion detection, no manual recording ? I will try to reproduce based on this information, if you have more details on how to setup a system same as you do, please share.
