I need your kind help here.
Each time I have power outage I lost my license and would have to register it again.
Since the last power outage I am able to register anymore. When I click on “Online Activation”, nothing happens and I still have “unlicensed source” message.

Status: Free
I have used it only on this device so far.
Can someone please give me some tips?
I contacted the support but they were not able to tell me what is happening, except saying that they have reset my license and I should try again.

When you have a power outage the computer crashes and a lot of things can happen. If it´s important to have NCS running 24/7 I suggest that you buy a no-break that can keep the computer running over this power outage.
Your license is reset for new activation. If problem with activation there is more info in this forum like How to change license number
