LPR not working when started get error

Error while starting Plugin LPR
Exception Detail: System.Exception: Down and terminator not supported simultaneously
at SimpleLPR2.SimpleLPRImpl.throwIfError()
at SimpleLPR2.SimpleLPRImpl.realizeCountryWeights()
at ..()
at Moonware.Core.Camera.StartPlugin(IPlugin destPlugin)

I have eventually go it working it didn’t seem to like the video stream i was using
but its giving me a lot of false readings with no vehicle’s
