Motion Detection Issue with 1.9.5

Twice now I have run into a problem after rebooting the computer Netcam Studio is running on. Motion detection fails to detect any motion after a reboot. I have one webcam connected.

Stopping the program and restarting it corrects the problem. I have been using Netcam Studio for four years now. This issue only began to occur after installing version 1.9.5

Both times the computer was powered off and rebooted. Checking twelve hours later revealed no motion was detected despite people and cars moving in the detection area. No objects that large had even been missed before.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

You must set the scheduler to run motion detection 24/7 after a reboot/restart of the computer.
