NCS service stops multiple times per day

No changes to hardware or software.

Added 4 cameras to existing installation.

Been running v1.9.5 for several months.

Two related errors found in Event Viewer for application logs.

Steps taken:

  1. Restarted Netcam Studio Service when found to be not running
  2. Reinstalled NCS 1.9.5 and selected Repair option


  • Issue still occuring every few hours

During the last days it´s been Windows updates the generated problems also in my NCS that crashed. This ntdll.dll is a system file in Windows and that´s been a problem before and it seems to be installed when a new windows is installed. So again check windows updates.
