Thanks for info. Yes, it is these Windows files that causes the problem. A search on KERNELBASE.dll and crash gives several suggestions for tests and solutions. There have also been updates of Windows lately that sometimes can generate problems for .NET.
I may have this problem too.
I’m on a freshly installed Win10.
Installed NetCamStudio 64bit Client, connected to my server, the application starts, I see I am connected but no video sources.
When I try to change the layout it crashes with a .NET Framework error.

I uninstalled and tried with the 32 bit version with the same results.

For those running along those symptoms…
It appears that I had 1.8.1 running on the server and 1.9.1 Client cannot be used with it !
