Please some advice on the PTZ settings for the Guudgo V380app Camera. I have activated the controls (they are didplayed) but not working. Its Name on banggood is GUUDGO 24 LED +3HD Lenses

If you go to the tab for Custom URL. What is the text in the Address field.

But I added it via Onvif
I assume you have tested the different PTZ modes when adding with ONVIF. If that do not work then there is a problem with the ONVIF compatibility and PTZ will not work. There are many discussions about this V380 cameras in the forum and they have problems.
Sometimes there is a preset template with that URL that can be used, but not for /live/ch00_1.
