We have your software installed and we have Panasonic WV-SW396 Cameras. I have them working under the Panasonic WV=SW175 Model. If I pick the WV Series I don’t get the PTZ options.The issue I am having is the operation the PTZ functions are really slow to re-act. Is there another model I should use or a setting to help speed up the PTZ function. Thanks.
I checked the specification for the camera. If it is this camera Surveillance | i-PRO Global it says that it is ONVIF S compliant. So I suggest when you add the camera to NCS use the tab for ONVIF Source. There you should get the correct settings for video and PTZ. I am not sure if optical zoom will work.
