Recording doesn't work

Recording after some minutes stops
And also trying to enable that through web client, but after refresh the buttons again become record
Also tried to enable that through the app with no luck
What to do?
Note: tried reinstalling but it doesn’t work
Note #2: tried to enable motion detection, it looks like it detects but it can’t record video
Note #3: I think I’m using version 1.9.5 but I’m not sure, how to understand that?

Here are a couple of things that you can check:
-is there an error message in event viewer?
-HD is full.
-make sure the rule for recording on motion detection is enabled.
-do NCS have access to the location of the Librsry?

Checked out logs and found low disk space
Changed the HD and the problem solved
