please allow me to asks you a few things about the application netcam free version.
this time I’ve been experimenting for 3 days from the date of 23-25 May 2016 when I checked on the recording folder on the 25th of May, suddenly the record date 23 May folder does not exist. whereas I never felt delete the folder. if this is a limitation netcam features of the free version? or there is a setting that I’ve missed?
please help of the community here. thanks.
No it’s a setting under the Settings -> Library.
The default retention period is 48 hours however you can increase it if needed.
