Or use a free version of Revo Uninstaller or equivalent to remove all also from Registry.

deleting the programdata/moonware/ folder and reinstalling fixed it Thank you odd both own uninstaller and iobits “clean uninstall” missed that,
Now to redo port/cam config and i have a Happy GF again LoL
