Scheduler (Record) and Windows Service


I use NCS in a Windows Server 2012 (with Xeon 4 core) as a Service.

The scheduler is set to recording always in all cams.

When the server restart and an user launch the client he found in multiview (and in single view) the cam backgrounds (6 on 6) gray (as if the server is not recording) and in effect the server is not recording. In scheduler the strips are red and current state is Recording (next: no action) but for start the scheduler i must click the V button :frowning: (and the cam background go to red).

How i can fix this problem with the scheduler???

Yes, it’s a bug that is discovered and fixed. We are testing it now and I hope we can release an update soon if all goes well.
