I have one of these cameras and cannot seem to connect to it, any help would be great. I know the IP address but cant see what else I need to change.

I bought it yesterday and today I return it back.
It makes me sick that people write “easy to install” and then after two days of research and attempts not be able to have a minimum feedback with the camera
