Is there a way to schedule a single image capture? Or is there a command line that could be used for single image capture?

1.You can combine Timelaps and Scheduler.
2.If a specific time is necessary have a look at the WebAPI Netcam Studio - Network Camera Surveillance Software

The web service info is exactly what I needed to do cover image updates every 10 minutes.

In conjunction with with a WGET call, I have a batch routine that grabs a single image from each camera, resizes, then uploads to the site every ten minutes …
