how to make a sound play when motion is detected with the newest software version, where does the sound come from, What sound id it?.
Hi Robert. I checked our discussion in August last year. Under Settings -> Client settings there is a new checkbox for play a sound on Client when motion is detected. It is a simple beep and it works, but it seems to play a sound for any motion detection. I tested the other way by using a Rule and play a sound for a specific cam with the setting of running an App. That do not work anymore for me. Is that working in your system?
Update. Runapp only works using Netcam Studio X. It do not work running ncs as a service!
